If I, lets say, have a female Nytekrie with carried trait on the G1 slot, and a male Nytekrie with a different carried trait on the same slot, can the offspring get a visible trait from it?

Yes. If both parents have a carried trait in the same slot, they have a 25% chance of having an offspring with a visible trait in that slot.

to further detail/clarify, Sylestia works on punnett square genetics, with more dominant traits being the ones closer to the start of the alphabet
so if you had a sylesti with G1 NA and one with G1 ND, outcome percentages are
25% NN, 25% NA, 25% ND, 25% AD
(DA is not possible because D comes after A)
(N is the exception to the dominance rule, since it's assigned to Nothing, and is thus the Most Dominant letter)

Oh I see! Thanks! I knew about the priority but since I take long breaks from the game I sometimes forget how most of the system works, it's kinda complex
