you can if you want. Dungeons are a once-a-day thing. We have a guide that covers the contents of the dungeon here

If you go in and don't finish it, it will still be the same iteration if you come back on a later day (though it will tell you that it is an unfinished round and you can reset to get a new one- if you don't reset it counts as your dungeon for the day, rather than you finishing that round and getting to do another one, so you miss out on fighting any bosses that you already fought when you started that particular dungeon delve)
