Attempts needed to Win: let's just say my store of mender's talismans mysteriously vanished
Rounds in final fight: 157
Barracks info:
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: none (my winning fight was supposed to be a test run, so I had no bonuses/healing items active)
Other: none
Team: Water/Light/Air
Pet
Level: 75
Base stats:
> 2000 + 821
> 159/153/147/162
Element: Water
Profs:
Equips: 1hp/3str/2dex
> Relic: Stoneweave Tidal Lord +2
> Armor: Vinethorn Tidal Lord +4
> Bracer: Vinethorn Tidal Lord +2
> Bracer: Vinethron Tidal Lord +2
Move Ranks:
> 1 = r4
> 2 = r4
> 3 = r4
> 4 = r4
> 5 = r2
Notes:
(I apologize beforehand - I lack the ability to explain anything in a comprehensible language)
Scanned over Unstaeble's guide prior to the battle, and it helped tremendously. Used all pet's ability 5 at the start of the battle, which helped do a bit of damage (big worm was ~80% health when mini worms were summoned). A problem I had before when encountering the worm was the "Empowerment" buff - it was getting to rank 4-5 after the first mana drain, because I drained my mana when the mana drain was active, and not before. After I fixed this and actually started paying attention to the battle log, the damage done by the worm after the mana drain became a lot more manageable. I did not use and draughts/elixirs throughout the battle, and the negative/positive sign buffs were very useful on my cannon/tank, respectively. The negative sign buff (forgot what it's called) on my cannon really helped to murder the mini worms and therefore do damage to the bigger worm. The empowerment rank seemed to decrease by one each time I received the buff, and when the battle ended, it was at rank 4. When the worm tried to reconstruct after 'dying', I used ability 5 on all pets (since by this time the cooldown had reset) which helped deal the required damage.

Attempts needed to Win: 10+. I tried different team setups ex Light/Air/Fire, Water/Light/Air, and upgrading gear. In the last 2-3(and winning) battles, I switched my Light pet from 2nd to 3rd slot to receive less damage.
Barracks info:
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: Light's Renewal, Ent Flasks of Mitigation/Strength/Mitigation
Notes:
Used Unstaeble's, Xavion's, and Skor's guides. Thank you!
I put the + charges on my Shadow pet and the - charges on my Light healer. Light received the most damage and took priority for any healing and used several Exceptional Grove Elixers on her. Right before or right after she took the - charge, I healed her with an elixer or Restoration. For the mini worms, I used Air's 2 and 3 for Bleeding, Light's 2 to hit multiple enemies, and spammed Shadow's 2.

Finally beat him! Here's my team...
Attempts needed to Win: 4, I did 3 on Monday, took a break to get rid of the frustration, came back and won in a single attempt today
Rounds in final fight: Didn't look...I was too excited from finally beating it!
Barracks info
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active:
Mega-Bosses and Bosses
I put on Named and Elites just in case the baby Worms required one of them
Other: Light's Renewal, Mitigation Flask on Tank, Strength Flask on Wind DPS, Intelligence on Light Healer
Dia (ever since the caverns, this now makes me laugh)
Level: 75
Base stats:
>460/120
>42/58/42/46
Element: Light
Profs: 1 HP/3 Int/2 Dex
Equips:
> Relic...Pyromancer's Vinethorn + 5
> Armor...Pyromancer's Vinethorn + 5
> Bracer...Pyromancer's Vinethorn + 5
> Bracer...Pyromancer's Vinethorn + 5
Move Ranks:
> 1 = r5
> 2 = r5
> 3 = r5
> 4 = r5
> 5 = r5
Notes:
I used Divine Balance on the last turn the baby worms were out for a bit of future proofing. That was the major change between my first three attempts and my fourth. Also, Dia did require two Exceptional Grove Elixir to help her recover after taking hits to get the Negative Charge. Finally, gave it a good Decimate to help eliminate the Worm in reconstruction phase.

Attempts needed to Win: 5+. Was only able to beat with key 5 at r3
Barracks info: Training Grounds Rank: 2
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: none
Level: 75
Base stats:
200/100/20/24/22/24
Element: Fire
Profs: 3 Int, 3 Dex
Equips: > Relic: Pyro SW +2
> Armor: Pyro VT +3
> Bracer: Pyro SW +1
> Bracer: Pyro SW
Move Ranks: > 1 = r4
> 2 = r4
> 3 = r4
> 4 = r4
> 5 = r3 Notes:
I only switched to my Light pet to get the negative overload and when I did, I always used an elixir to make sure she didn't die. On the charged attack, I had pet 1 block. Otherwise, I followed Uns' guide. I only used mana attacks on the shardlings and key 1 only on the main boss. When it was reassambling, I went all out and used everything I had to make sure it didn't come back.

Attempts needed to Win: 21 (superior flasks needed, no other change)
Rounds in final fight: 114
Barracks info Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: Light's Renewal, Superior Ent Flasks (Power on air, Magic on light, Protection on earth)
Had Rank 5 Boss Fatigue - reduced max health by 25% and magical + physical damage by 50%
Notes:
Used the general strategy - didn't need to heal/revive any pets. Used Divine Balance on the last little worm turn to help heal before needing to skip 3
When woerm was at 1% health used key 5 and then decimate

Attempts needed to Win: well back when it first released, I tried I think 3-4 times? Left it alone throughout the next two fests, ranked up pets and gear. Tried today and beat first try ^.^
Rounds in final fight: 57!
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: Mega Boss
Other: Light's Renewal and Lesser Ent Flasks. Used a mitigation on my water tank and intelligence on my two fire pets. One Elixir on one fire pet mid way though, just being cautious
Team: Water tank, two Fire cannons
Pet- Bergelmir
Level:75
Base stats:
>1300H, 130M
>100s, 99i, 99d, 99a
Element: Water
Profs: 1hlth, 3str, 2ag
Equips: All stormcaller stoneweave and all +3
Move Ranks:
> 1 = r4
> 2 = r4
> 3 = r4
> 4 = r5
> 5 = r3
Pet- Pavo Muticus
Level:75
Base stats:
>1220H, 130M
>96s, 96i, 95d, 95a
Element: Fire
Profs: 3int, 3dex
Equips: All pyromancer stoneweave. Relic is +4 rest is +3
Move Ranks:
> 1 = r5
> 2 = r5
> 3 = r5
> 4 = r5
> 5 = r4
Notes: When I first tried my pets were lv 75 but had no 5th ranks and my SW gear was mostly +3 but a few +2's. Did not work. Pets are now mostly 5* ranked and all SW gear is +3 with a +4 on one of the Fire Relics, worked perfect.
-I used waters 5th move after using the 4th and 3rd (all in a row) to increase their duration as much as possible. very helpful. I made sure I had enough mana to use the 4th move at every full Worm mana so I didnt have to block with any of the pets.
-I used the fire's 5th pretty close to the start, but I think if I did it again I would use more at the end. Didnt use the 4th fire attack until the very end, when the Worm was about to start constructing

Attempts needed to Win: less than 10
Rounds in final fight: did not check, but probably a lot
Barracks info: Training Grounds Rank: 3
Tactical Bonuses active: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: n/a
Notes:--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
> The battle took a very long time because I got tired of grinding and just fought the worm with meh gear; my team was physically weak and dealt very little damage each turn
> The challenge was having the correct focus to avoid fatal mistakes
> I only ended up using rank 5 moves at the beginning, and they barely helped at all
> I had to use Decimate to defeat the mini worms on time
> I did not need to use Decimate at the end when the worm was reconstructing
> Throughout the battle, Finishing Blow was the only move that dealt significant damage to the worm, and Finishing Blow ended up taking the majority of the worm's health overall

Attempts needed to Win: Around 10ish? Didn't keep count. I tried several times with my shadow tank, but she just wasn't ranked high enough. Tried 2x with water. 1st time was with no potions, no bonuses, nada.. Just wanted a feel for the team against the worm
Rounds in final fight: 155
Barracks info:
Training Grounds Rank: 3
Possible Tactical Bonuses active: Mega-Bosses and Bosses
Other: none
Notes: Read & memorized both Uns's and Xav's guide that are linked in first post. Used 3 exceptional draughts and 4 exceptional elixirs throughout the battle. Put negative charge on water and positive charge on light. Used water's shield all on 90% or 100% full mana (switched depending on how much mana my pets had) so that I could still attack with k1, build up mana, and not be stunned.
Ent flasks: lesser strength on air, lesser mitigation on water, and lesser intelligence on light
Team: Water/Light/Air
