The woman nods. "I believe in you, and I wish you good luck," she says, smiling kindly before sending the duo off.

With this Kavaratti strides away from the woman's house and towards a wooden building in the distance, made sturdier and larger than the nearby houses. "This where all of the official business in the town takes place," he explains.

Stopping with one of the individuals inside, he explains the situation and allows them to enter the storage unit. Inside are a few metalworking tools in addition to the metal itself.

Madeline followed. Once she entered the storage area, her eyes widened as her mind filled with the possibilities of creations she could make.

Kavaratti brushes aside the dust covering the cases and boxes, sweeping them open to reveal the items inside. "Point me towards what you want to take," he says. "We can come back for a few more rounds too, if you need."

She just pointed to a lot of stuff, too stunned to speak.

She nodded, smiling at him. *thanks. Also, Ember says thanks and that she is happy here. Suprise, suprise - she really likes the food.*

Then she tensed up and her happy smile turned into a smirk as she said in Embers guttural voice, *well, anyone who can serve up a good meal is fine in my book. So, Kavaratti, you need me to do anything later once Alexis is settled?*

Ah? Kavaratti's eyes blink on quiet surprise as Ember and Alexis make a seamless switch, leaving him to ponder an answer to her words.

"I suppose you could join me when I check on the dragon populations in the woods so I can map all the new developments? I won't need you to kill any since the dragons here have never got a taste for attacking the village, but having a partner would make things a lot safer."

Ember grinned and nodded. *that sounds good to me.*

Sounds like the plan is set then. Kavaratti nods, pausing for a moment before setting down his tools once he notices that Ember is planning on staying. He hasn't seen her much recently, so be doesn't want to spent the entirety of the time working.

Thinking about her first comment, Kavaratti asks, "Since you like the cooking here, is there any type of food you'd like me to bring for a meal before the trip?"

Ember shrugged. *something meaty. Besides that, whatever works.* she said with a smile.
