Backstory?; Her trainer had caught her as a pikachu and immediately evolved her, realizing she was shiny, he had kept her in his Pokemon box, so nobody would steal her. Eventually, he let her out, and finally let her leave the pokeball, she ran away, however, and escaped into an airplane, bringing her to the galar region. She sneaked through the airport and now lives in (dhsjndusmheid I forgot the name, IMPROVISING) the Mushroom Forest area.

Backstory?: Skylar was born/Hatched in the kento region both of her parents were both wild eevee's and she had a younger sister called Britney who was a rare shiny eevee and as Britney was a shiny she became popular among other eevee's in the region while Skylar was often ignored and brittney became vain. Skylar took comfort and fun in exploring and one day while exploring she was abused by a trainee and defeated their Pokemon and as Skylar wanted to be a vaporeon she stole their water stone and ran away and envolved into a vaporeon but on the way Skylar tripped and rolled down a step hell injuring herself and was knocked unconscious and awoke many hours later in the middle of the night and as she didn't feel safe walking home home alone at night (she was injured so was unable to defend herself) Skylar took refuge in a crate. Skylar was unaware it was a crate sent out to be shipping and she woke up as she was being unloaded in dock and she feld into a unknown rejon

Rora flew through the forest on her tail, landing on a mushroom, sending it bouncing slightly before giving off a beautiful glow, turning the green mushroom pink

Skylar ran through the Stow-on-Side town passing the humans and their pokmon who seemed confused at the sudden appearance of The vapeorium Who seem rather out of place Skyler kept running noticing a forest in the distance "f- finally safety away from the humans" she said and kept running untill she arrived at Glimwood Tangle and ran untill she fell to the floor from being completely worn out. Skylar looked around "o-oh my where am I?" She thought and looked around

Rora swiftly shot up in a tree, as she heard Skylar approach, "Why would a vaporeon be here of all places?" she thought, as she observed Skylar

Skylar sat down for a few minutes to catch her breath and some energy before she stood up and looked around "this place it definitely isn't home" she said and gasped seeing a large mushroom " a joint mushroom in the middle of the forest definitely not weird at all" she said in almost sarcastic tone and carried on through the woods. Many pokmon native to the galar rejon was surprised by the vaporeon though Skylar didn't notice and carried on and stopped at a large pink mushroom and took a few steps back then suddenly she bolted forward jumping in the year and landed on top of the mushroom " help earlier we don't have these in my home region" she said and sat down
